PM to students: leave tension outside exam hall

New Delhi: Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Wednesday advised students to write their exam without any mental pressure.

While interacting with ‘Exam Warriors’, comprising students, parents, and teachers virtually at Pariksha Pe Charcha, PM Modi told students: “All your tension must be left outside the examination hall.”

The PM also advised students to attempt the difficult questions first.

He highlighted the importance of dreams by saying that “we must resolve to achieve our dreams”.

He highlighted that study is very important but it’s not the only measure of success and failure.

“What you study cannot be the only measure of success and failure in your life. Whatever you do in life, it will determine your success and failure,” said PM Modi.

He also advised parents and teachers to motivate students.

“Positive motivation augers well for growth and development of youngsters.”

The PM said that free time is the best opportunity to learn new skills.

Finding positivity in negative situation like Covid-19 pandemic, the PM said: “Coronavirus forced social distancing, but it has also strengthened emotional bonding in families.”

The Prime Minister also exhorted students to be ready for their contribution in making India self-reliant

“Today, I would like to preapre you for a big exam: making India self-reliant This is an exam that we have to pass with hundred percent marks. Let us make ‘Vocal for Local’ our mantra for life.”
